conduct yourself with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and ethics just as we do. However,
as we all know there are scoundrels in the world. These polocies are for everyone's protection.
Accepting work-orders:
First time clients are required to sign and return a VR Media Solutions' quote before any
work is completed. VR Media Solutions also assumes if you put an employee in charge of a project
or
your account, you become liable for whatever work they request (it is not our job to monitor your
employees). We know this sounds extremely stupid to some of you, but trust us it has happened.
It is also assumed that since we took the time (and had to) create this page you are
agreeing to all terms, conditions and policies of VR Media Solutions before placing your order.
Payment:
On virtually all projects VR Media Solutions requires half the estimated quote to be paid upfront
and the remaining balance to be paid in full immediately upon completion. Certain situations, products and services require
full payment before any work is started. Some examples requiring full payment to begin work are
custom products, first time clients and clients who reside out of the State of Washington.
Financing:
On certain occasions VR Media Solutions will personally finance your project and allow you to make
payments. This applies to projects over $1000.00 and must be paid in full by 6 months. We finance some
projects as a courtesy to our clients, other than a few cases, this is why we accept all major credit cards
and pay the ridiculous fees involved with this form of payment. Cash is always great!
Non-Payment Issues:
Just like any company (including yours) VR Media Solutions takes all steps necessary to ensure solvency.
If you do not pay your bill, we will take every legal measure against you to acquire the funds
owed. We pay our bills and expect you to do the same. Again, stupid that we even need to put this in writing.

Just like your partners have terms of service.. so do ours. You'll find them located in our store
